Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate on multiple live sites with integrated design, construction and commercial activities
• Supervise project managers, site managers, contractors and internal staff
• Maintain open, honest reporting on progress, problems and solutions
• Fully understand design, procurement, planning, programming and progress reporting for projects
• Manage projects to ensure delivery on time and within budget
• Demonstrate a proactive, can-do attitude and assess impact of decisions across projects
• Oversee bid/tendering processes, including experience with 2-stage tendering
• Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and maintain strong construction knowledge
