Overview
In this role you will lead strategic financial crime transformation initiatives across AML, sanctions and fraud for Capco’s global clients. You will shape operating models, governance and technology solutions, with a focus on AI-enabled delivery and responsible use of automation in regulated environments. You’ll build senior client relationships, drive growth in Capco’s Financial Crime practice, and mentor teams to scale impact across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end financial crime transformation programmes across AML, sanctions and fraud
- Design target operating models and technology solutions with AI-enabled capabilities
- Advise on regulatory remediation and regulatory review responses (e.g., s166)
- Drive innovation, automation, and cost optimization while maintaining governance and compliance
- Develop client relationships, lead business development and shape market-leading propositions
Key requirements
- Deep expertise in AML, sanctions compliance, fraud prevention, and financial crime transformation
- Solid understanding of KYC, due diligence, risk assessment, transaction monitoring, and the three lines of defence
- Proven track record leading large-scale transformation programmes in consulting or financial services
- Knowledge of financial crime tech, automation, and AI adoption in regulated environments
- Experience influencing executives, growing client relationships, and leading strategic initiatives
