Overview

In this role you drive sales on the site, support and mentor the sales team, and manage CRM-driven processes to ensure smooth reservations and completions. You interact with customers, solicitors, and advisers to secure timely contracts while upholding Bellway’s service standards. You’ll train and assist colleagues, maintain a high-standard site presentation, and help shape sales strategies in collaboration with the management team. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to influence customer experience and sales performance within a major housebuilder.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first line of support for Sales Advisors and assist Sales Managers
  • Cover for Sales Managers during holidays or sickness and support training/mentoring of Sales Advisors
  • Utilise Bellway’s CRM and Sales Monitor, maintain accurate records to aid system users
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and ensure site presentation remains high quality
  • Liaise with customers, solicitors and financial advisers to ensure timely contract exchange and legal completion
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to propose ideas for increasing sales
  • Guide customers around show homes and site, ensuring health and safety and accompaniment by Bellway staff
  • Coordinate customer meetings with Site Manager and assist post-completion with repairs or issues
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Key requirements

  • Experience in housebuilding or related property sales beneficial
  • Experience delivering excellent customer experience
  • Experience handling confidential/sensitive information
  • Knowledge of home buying/conveyancing process
  • Experience dealing with customers during home visits
  • Ability to build effective relationships with property professionals and external agencies
  • Current full UK driving licence
  • Access to a vehicle for business use
