Business Analyst

Overview

In this role you will bridge end users and software engineers to ensure the right problems are solved before building solutions. You’ll map real workflows, document processes, and translate findings into actionable requirements for the product and engineering teams. You’ll work with operational colleagues to identify automation opportunities and support the adoption of internal tools. This is a growth-focused, tech-enabled environment with a clear path into Product Ownership or Product Management as the technology function expands.

Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end operational workflows
• Identify manual processes and automation opportunities
• Produce process diagrams and functional documentation
• Collaborate with developers during planning and delivery
• Gather user feedback and drive continuous product improvement
• Support adoption of internal tools through training and documentation

Key requirements

• 2-3 years’ experience in Business Analysis, Operations, or Process Improvement
• Ability to ask good questions and communicate clearly
• Experience mapping business processes and workflows
• Strong documentation and requirements gathering
• Excellent stakeholder communication across business levels
• Confidence facilitating workshops and discovery sessions
• Logical, structured approach to solving operational problems
• Experience with Jira, Miro, Lucidchart or Notion is beneficial but not essential
