Asset Manager (South West)

Overview

In this role you will take full ownership of a multi-asset portfolio spanning South Wales and the Bristol corridor. You will work hands-on and remotely to drive value, manage rent reviews, renewals and regears, and lead asset management initiatives. You’ll build strong occupier relationships and report performance to stakeholders, shaping the portfolio’s performance and growth. This is a practical, impact-focused opportunity with visibility across a cross-functional team and external occupiers.

Responsibilities

• Managing rent reviews, lease renewals and regears directly
• Identifying and executing value-add and asset management initiatives across the portfolio
• Building and maintaining relationships with occupiers across the portfolio
• Reporting on portfolio performance to key stakeholders

Key requirements

• Proven asset management experience, ideally in industrial or related commercial sector
• Confident managing a portfolio hands-on and remotely
• Comfortable negotiating directly with occupiers without third-party agent support
