Overview

In this role you will lead site activities on a large, long-term residential project in North West London for a top developer known for quality. You will work within the site team to deliver around 3,000 new homes and associated amenities, ensuring safe, efficient construction and high-quality outcomes. You will report to the Project Manager and coach the site crew, contributing to the company’s reputation for outstanding service. This is a prestigious opportunity to shape a major neighbourhood over many years.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day site operations on a large residential scheme
• Manage and mentor on-site teams including Assistant Site Managers
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and programme requirements
• Liaise with Project Manager and stakeholders to maintain progress and resolve issues
• Maintain site documentation, inspections, and compliance (First Aid, SMSTS, CSCS)
• Support delivery to ensure milestones are met on a long-term development

• Experience with reputable house builders
• Excellent all-round residential experience
