Residential Conveyancer – Bournemouth

Overview

In this role you will help launch and grow a new Residential Property team in Bournemouth within a respected Legal 500 practice. You will manage a varied property caseload and collaborate with the wider team to share knowledge and win new work. Responsibilities

• Launch and grow the Bournemouth Residential team
• Manage own varied residential property caseload (Help to Buy, leases, remortgages, transfers, probate sales, etc.)
• Build relationships and bring in new work
• Collaborate with wider team to share knowledge and support

Key requirements

• At least 3 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
• Confident managing files independently
• Familiar with CQS standards and Building Safety Act
• Up to speed on SDLT essentials
• Strong client care and team player
• Keen to engage in business development and local market presence
