Overview

In this role you will manage complex patient treatment pathways and ensure high-quality data within RTT. You will collaborate with administrative, operational and clinical teams to maintain accurate patient records and support efficient NHS pathways. The position emphasizes excellent customer service and cross-functional liaison to keep waiting lists accurate and reflect the patient’s current position. You will work closely with the Head of Administration to optimise pathways and access.

Responsibilities

• Ensure complex patient pathways from multiple specialties in line with the Hospital Access Policy
• Provide advice to Consultants and Administration teams on policy adherence
• Liaise with Administrative, Operational and Clinical Teams to monitor elective access standards and ensure smooth pathways
• Maintain and update all records and reports
• Build Outpatient clinics for NHS pathways
