Overview

In this senior role you drive workforce management transformations using Workforce Software, leading client engagements and guiding design, configuration and delivery. You partner with HR, Operations and IT to map needs to future-state solutions and ensure successful implementation. You own the end-to-end lifecycle, from discovery through go-live and hyper-care, while mentoring others and supporting business development. You work across multi-site and complex environments to deliver measurable labour insights and compliant, efficient staffing. This is a chance to shape how clients schedule, track time, and analyse labour at scale within a global technology-led firm.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full implementation lifecycle for Workforce Software as senior functional lead
  • Partner with client HR, Operations and IT to define optimized future-state solutions
  • Facilitate discovery workshops and process mapping for scheduling, leave, pay rules, and compliance
  • Design and configure modules: Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Absence Management, Forecasting, Analytics
  • Develop integration designs between Workforce Software and payroll/HRIS/ERP
  • Manage UAT cycles, test scripts, defect resolution, and sign-off activities
  • Produce artefacts: functional specs, configuration workbooks, data migration plans, training content
  • Support data migration: extraction, transformation, validation of historical records
  • Provide hyper-care support post-go-live and ensure knowledge transfer to client admins
  • Mentor and contribute to internal capability-building and practice development
  • Support business development through RFP responses, demos, and pre-sales workshops

Key requirements

  • Hands-on implementation experience with Workforce Software (WorkForce Suite / EmpCenter) or equivalent enterprise WFM platforms (UKG, Kronos, Ceridian Dayforce)
  • Strong understanding of wage/pay rules, scheduling algorithms, leave accruals, and labour law compliance
  • Proven ability to gather and translate complex requirements into functional design specifications
  • Experience configuring time/attendance rules, shift patterns, overtime policies, absence entitlements
  • Familiarity with integration frameworks linking WFM to payroll, HR and ERP systems
  • Solid project delivery experience: manage workstreams, milestones, risks
  • Strong data skills: data mapping, transformation, validation during implementations
  • Excellent communication and facilitation; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Experience supporting SIT/UAT and parallel run testing
  • Knowledge of employment legislation, award interpretation, or enterprise agreements (desirable)
