Responsibilities

• lead the expansion of the corporate practice in the West End
• manage and grow a portable client following
• drive high-value corporate transactions and client service
• collaborate with the London-based corporate team to execute strategy
• contribute to business development and client relationship management

Key requirements

• E&W qualified
• currently at a London-based law firm
• portable practice with client following of £200k–£250k
• senior associate with 10+ PQE
• UK corporate law experience
