Overview

In this role you will lead end-to-end strategic media planning and partnerships for UK, Ireland and Nordics, owning budgets and guiding campaigns. You will partner with Europe and Global media teams to align with brand strategy and digital initiatives, driving insights from data to inform action. You’ll manage agency relationships, build brand partnerships, and oversee cross-functional collaboration to elevate brand presence in key markets. This is a high-impact, cross-border role in a luxury brand that values DEIB and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end media planning for UKI & Nordics across briefing, activation, optimization and reporting
  • Translate business objectives into strategic briefs for agencies
  • Perform highly skilled data analysis to distill actionable insights and drive campaign optimization
  • Own and report on media budget, manage invoices and financial requests
  • Collaborate daily with media agency to ensure timely project delivery and reporting
  • Oversee brand equity measurement and audience segmentation
  • Build and manage key media partnerships to deliver commercial impact
  • Direct efficient project management including paid shoots and event logistics
  • Steer creator content strategy in-line with Brand guidelines
  • Benchmark partnerships, manage budgets and reporting
  • Own and report multi-million dollar Media and Marketing budget
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with Brand, Performance, eCommerce, PR, Retail, Finance
  • Collaborate with Regional and Global teams on reporting and new initiatives
  • Work with PR Manager on strategic approaches and 360 campaigns
  • Grow agency networks and external partnerships for brand initiatives
  • Manage Marketing Intern and support professional development

Key requirements

  • 8+ years media experience
  • Experience managing large, complex media budgets with financial stewardship
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills; highly organized and able to prioritize independently
  • Strong Excel/data analytics skills
  • Flawless attention to detail; team player; multitasker; effective communicator
  • Strong knowledge of competitor landscape and latest media innovations
  • Fluent in English
