Construction PI (Defendant) Senior Associate

Overview

In this role you will handle defendant construction professional indemnity claims on behalf of insurers, MGAs and Lloyd’s syndicates. You will join a Top 50 City law firm known for a supportive, down-to-earth culture and mentored career progression. Responsibilities

• handle defendant construction professional indemnity claims for insurers and insureds
• advise on liability and coverage in PI disputes
• litigate or negotiate resolution of construction PI claims
• collaborate with cross-functional teams within a Top 50 law firm
• contribute to the firm’s mentoring culture and potential partner route

Key requirements

• 8+ PQE
• England & Wales qualified
• experience in defendant construction PI claims
• UK law firm experience at a Top 50 firm or high-quality boutique
