Creative Programme Manager , EU XCM

Overview

In this role you will drive the end-to-end delivery of integrated, multi-market campaigns within Amazon’s Cross Channel Marketing team. You will partner with Campaign Managers, Creative, and external agencies to manage creative development, localization, and cross-functional alignment across Europe. You will shape processes, manage risks, and continuously improve workflows with a proactive focus on AI-enabled solutions. This is a fast-paced, global environment where you reinvent how we work and scale campaign delivery across markets.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage end-to-end integrated campaigns for UK and Europe (small to medium scale).
• Lead campaign and program alignment meetings and creative reviews with leaders, stakeholders, and global partners.
• Own project timings, costs, resources, scope, approvals, and act as main point of contact; assess and escalate risks.
• Manage creative teams (internal or external) and asset development across multiple channels.
• Coordinate with local/global teams and media agencies to finalize formats and deliverables for all channels.
• Oversee transcreation and localization of all assets ensuring timely, accurate delivery to media owners.
• Collaborate with Producers, Post Producers, Project Managers, Campaign Managers, and Creative Leads to schedule resources.
• Contribute to process/tool improvements for project management.
• Proactively explore and propose AI-driven solutions to reinvent workflows and improve efficiency.

Key requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups)
• SQL
• Experience cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Experience defining program requirements and using data/metrics for improvements
• Experience in program or project management
