IT Manager – Oracle Simphony

Overview

In this IT Manager role, you lead a small team to own and optimise the Oracle Symphony estate across multiple sites within a fast-growing hospitality brand. You’ll act as the senior technical escalation point and help structure IT operations to support rapid expansion. The role sits in a well-funded IT function and offers autonomy to influence decisions, drive process improvements, and enable the IT Director to focus on strategic initiatives. This is a hands-on, impact-focused position with broad cross-site responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of 3 IT Support Engineers
• Own and optimise Oracle Symphony across a growing, multi-site estate
• Act as the senior escalation point for technical issues across all locations
• Identify recurring issues and implement long-term solutions
• Introduce and improve IT processes, structure, and repeatability
• Support a high-growth environment with new sites opening
• Enable the IT Director to focus on more strategic initiatives

Key requirements

• Proven experience with Oracle Symphony
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems
• Experience working within a Microsoft technology environment
• Proven ability to handle senior-level IT support and escalations
• Background in hospitality, retail, or similar multi-site environments
