Overview
In this role you will manage a portfolio of US individual tax matters for clients, including high net worth individuals, while staying current on tax changes. You will support service delivery with modern tools, seek opportunities to expand services, and mentor colleagues to foster growth. This position sits within a London-based team that values client satisfaction and proactive advisory. You will contribute to the firm’s reputation by delivering accurate, timely US tax guidance and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Manage own national and international client portfolio for US individual taxation
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax law changes and industry trends
- Conduct client satisfaction surveys to uphold service standards
- Assist with service delivery of technology tools
- Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
- Lead, develop and mentor colleagues for future growth
Key requirements
- Experience with US individual tax and associated issues
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
- Additional tax qualifications desirable but not essential
