Product Designer

Overview

In this role you will drive design across TrueSync workflows to boost speed, clarity, and reliability in production review tools. You’ll partner with product and engineering to deliver high-quality, usable features that reduce bottlenecks and support a scalable design process. Your work helps empower filmmakers to realize stories faster while maintaining artistic intent. This position offers hands-on ownership in a fast-moving, collaborative environment with meaningful impact on the company’s one-hour-vubbed-content goal.

Responsibilities

• Own the full design process: problem framing, concepting, prototyping, testing, iteration, and handoff
• Improve TrueSync workflows to speed up reviews and reduce delivery risk
• Create clear, testable POCs using AI tools before development
• Engage with users to understand pain points and validate solutions
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape user stories and design requirements
• Design workflows that handle ambiguity and complex decisions
• Mentor and grow ownership as you mature in the role

Key requirements

• Solid product design fundamentals (UX and UI)
• Experience shipping features for complex digital products with Product and Engineering teams
• Ability to own the full design process from framing to handoff
• Strong prototyping skills with AI tools like Cursor and Claude Code
• Comfort talking to users and using feedback to improve designs
• Strong communication skills to explain decisions to PMs and developers
• Ability to shape user stories, requirements, and design guidance for engineers
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment with undefined processes
• Coachable and proactive with potential for greater ownership
