Overview
In this role you will support infrastructure projects in the South West, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain schedules, monitor progress, and enable data-driven reporting. You will work on high-profile regional programmes and contribute to governance and assurance of project controls. The role emphasizes digital reporting and training in standardized processes, leveraging analytics to improve project performance. This is a hands-on position for a proactive communicator who helps turn complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities
- Collate progress data from multi-discipline teams to update project/programme schedule in risk tools (Risk Hive, ARM, Predict!)
- Prepare monthly progress reports against baseline
- Support training and communication on processes and digital procedures for reporting through Power BI
- Assist the Project Controls Manager with governance and assurance of project controls processes
Key requirements
- Qualified graduate in a relevant discipline with some project control experience
- Experience in project or programme management environments with delivery or controls responsibility
- Experience using @risk, Primavera P6, Power BI, and Microsoft Office applications
- Reliable, autonomous, team-oriented
