Overview

In this role you collaborate with the CEO and leadership to turn high-level AI-enabled fintech strategies into market-ready software. You drive AI innovation for the platform, balance rapid prototyping with scalable design, and own end-to-end delivery across the stack. You help bootstrap future incubation projects into standalone product lines and shape the technical foundation of a fast-moving fintech initiative. This is a high-ownership role that shapes the next generation of global banking technology.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CEO and leadership to translate strategy into market-ready software (0-to-1 products)
• Lead technical evaluation and implementation of AI technologies and intelligent workflows for the financial platform
• Make pragmatic architectural decisions balancing speed and maintainability
• Own the full stack from data models to user interfaces
• Bootstrap technical foundations for incubation projects and scale into standalone product lines

Key requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience operating at Staff level or leading technical direction in fast-paced environments
• Strong product sense and focus on user experience and business impact
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to map technical specs from high-level direction
• Pragmatic problem solver with self-direction and outcome‑oriented mindset
• Deep backend and full-stack capabilities with ability to build frontend interfaces when needed
• Clear communication with infrastructure teams and executive stakeholders
