Project Controller

Overview

In this role you will drive project control across the engineering portfolio, monitoring KPIs and advancing data-driven reporting. You will automate forecasting and reporting using BI tools, while digitising project controlling processes. You’ll ensure proper project setup within ERP and related systems and lead a small team, collaborating with financial control and audits. This position offers visibility with UK leadership and a chance to partner with Division Directors to shape controllership outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project KPIs
• Automate reporting and forecasting using Power BI or similar tools
• Drive digitisation of project controlling processes
• Ensure correct project setup across ERP and operational project system
• Manage and coach a team of 3 project controllers
• Coordinate with financial controlling teams and support audits

Key requirements

• Qualified accountant
• Background in IT, Consulting, Engineering or similar industries
• Experience in a Project Controlling role
• Ideally experience with financial analysis, business partnering and ERP systems
• Experience managing a team of juniors is a bonus
