Business Analyst

Overview

In this role you will support a large Back Office Transformation programme by aligning Corporate Actuarial workstreams with delivery teams. You will translate complex actuarial changes into clear requirements and designs, ensuring controlled delivery within a multi-release roadmap. The role focuses on governance, model lifecycle redesign, and integration of actuarial tooling and data with a new finance platform. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to bring clarity and structure to cross-functional delivery, shaping the programme’s impact on Finance, Actuarial, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Support Corporate Actuarial workstream within a large-scale transformation
• Translate complex actuarial changes into actionable requirements and designs
• Contribute to governance and model change processes and define Finance/Actuarial roles and responsibilities
• Implement and integrate actuarial tooling, modelling platforms and data stores
• Coordinate integration with Oracle Fusion finance platform
• Support multiple cross-functional releases across Finance, Actuarial and Operations
• Provide clarity, structure and control to delivery by managing dependencies and refining requirements

Key requirements

• Senior Business Analyst experience within complex transformation programmes
• Experience working with Corporate Actuarial stakeholders
• Ability to translate actuarial change into clear requirements and deliverables
• Strong understanding of process, operating model, systems and data change
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior business and technical stakeholders
• Experience in fast-paced delivery environments with multiple dependencies and releases
• Exposure to actuarial modelling platforms, model lifecycle governance or finance transformation (beneficial)
