Key requirements

• Qualified solicitor with 5–8 years PQE in family law
• Experience in divorce and high-value financial remedies (trusts, business assets, foreign assets, pensions)
• Cohabitation matters and nuptial agreements
• Private law children matters
• Strong technical ability and attention to detail
• Exceptional client care skills
• Ability to explain complex issues clearly
