Overview
In this Replenishment Coordinator role at Greencore Highbridge, you will ensure a steady flow of materials to support fast-paced dessert production. You will work within the Supply Chain team to maintain stock, optimise stock value, and meet production schedules. You’ll analyse KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. This position offers a hands-on role in a large, diverse food manufacturing business, with opportunities to influence operations and safety practices.

- Ensure materials are available and delivered on time to meet production schedules
- Manage stock levels and stock value according to the stock strategy, seeking improvements to supply chain processes
- Produce, interpret and react to KPIs to assess Materials team performance
- Develop and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to improve working methods
- Collaborate with other functions and locations (Commercial, Process Team, Technical, stores) to maintain relationships
- Proactively develop supplier relationships and review ways of working
- Support continuous improvement to enhance customer service and control systems
- Contribute to safety and adherence to Health and Safety policy in the area
- Competence with numbers, costings, and performance data
- Strong systems and software proficiency
- Good comprehension and analytics for written and verbal information
