Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters
- Handle acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Work on leasehold, landlord and tenant matters
- Involvement in development projects and related documentation
- Provide pragmatic, clear advice throughout transactions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Develop own client base through networking and business development
- Operate autonomously while contributing to the wider team
Key requirements
- 5+ years’ PQE in commercial property
- Experience or interest in agricultural property (advantageous)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
- High attention to detail and proactive, organized approach
- Confidence in developing client relationships and supporting team growth
