In this role you will service and maintain security systems, including intruder alarms, CCTV and access control, to relevant industry standards. You will manage planned maintenance, respond to issues, and provide clear reports and recommendations. Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute annual maintenance and reactive responses for security systems
  • Prioritise and manage own workload to meet schedules
  • Complete service reports and provide client recommendations
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain relationships with clients
  • Work on-site with intruder alarms, CCTV and access control systems
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure compliance with standards

Key requirements

  • Experience in electronic security industry
  • Experience with IP-based networks and security systems
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to lift and climb ladders
  • Experience in customer-facing environments
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication with diverse customers
  • Industry qualifications (18th edition/NVQ/City & Guilds/BTEC) – desirable but not essential
