Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload including complex Employment Tribunal matters and day-to-day HR advisory work
- Provide commercial, solutions-driven advice on restructuring, TUPE, and employee relations
- Support major corporate transactions alongside specialist teams
- Collaborate with a supportive, ambitious team and contribute to business development
- Help shape the future growth of the practice
Key requirements
- 2-6 years’ PQE in Employment law (Solicitor or FCILEX)
- Strong technical knowledge with experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters
- Excellent communication skills; capable of working independently and collaboratively
