Overview
As an Account Manager in London, you lead premium hospitality and guest experiences for Formula 1, shaping global event programs from design through execution. You work closely with the Account Director and regional teams to deliver seamless in-market experiences, manage supplier relationships, and oversee guest logistics. You will travel to races, coordinate on-site operations, and ensure senior executives receive standout hospitality. This role blends strategic hospitality with hands-on execution to support top-brand partnerships and drive memorable client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Shape and innovate Formula 1 global hospitality and ancillary event experiences with the Account Director
- Lead client hospitality and guest experience programmes at track and off-track events, from planning to execution
- Oversee use of F1 hospitality assets and ticket allocations
- Travel internationally to deliver in-market guest programmes and manage senior executive logistics
- Build and maintain relationships with client teams, local market teams, and rights holders to meet approvals and deadlines
- Source, engage and manage suppliers to ensure a seamless guest experience
Key requirements
- Extensive experience delivering premium hospitality and event programmes within an agency, rights holder, or in-house environment
- Strong knowledge of the Formula 1 ecosystem, including race weekends, hospitality products, and rights holders
- Understanding of developing strategic hospitality and ancillary programmes with engaging guest experiences
- Experience managing complex, international programmes for global brands or corporate clients
- Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
- Collaborative team player who can work independently and take ownership
- Calm, organised, solutions-focused with strong attention to detail in fast-paced settings
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills for client, supplier and internal communication
- Ability to oversee complex operational logistics office and onsite internationally
- Experience liaising with global markets and cross-functional teams advantageous
