Responsibilities

• Advise on and manage co-ownership, neighbour disputes, boundary issues, and adverse possession
• Handle residential and commercial lease and tenancy disputes
• Oversee commercial rent recovery and enforcement of charges
• Manage possession claims and professional negligence matters
• Address rectification of historic title issues
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, trainees, and a large paralegal team
• Maintain regular client contact and provide strategic case direction
• Collaborate with partners and senior lawyers on a broad range of contentious property matters

Key requirements

• 3-4 years PQE in property litigation
• Strong knowledge across residential and commercial contentious property matters
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Commercial, pragmatic problem-solving approach
• Interest in supervising and mentoring junior colleagues
