Overview

In this role you drive end-to-end delivery of an integrated real estate project portfolio for a major Financial Services client across the EMEA region. You lead cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver office expansions, restacks, and fit-outs on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. You act as the primary client-facing PM lead, translating business needs into delivery requirements and reporting on portfolio performance. You join a team dedicated to aligning CRE delivery with workplace strategy and client objectives, shaping operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple real estate and workplace projects from inception to handover and readiness
  • Provide integrated program management across the client’s EMEA CRE portfolio aligning with business objectives
  • Own all five PM lifecycle phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/control, closeout
  • Serve as primary client point of contact and translate business needs into delivery requirements
  • Develop and govern project controls: schedules, budgets, procurement, contracts, risk, governance, reporting, compliance
  • Anticipate and mitigate risks; manage issues and dependencies to successful delivery
  • Select and manage external stakeholders (architects, designers, engineers, contractors, vendors)
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (CRE, Facilities, Technology, Security, Legal, Procurement, HR)
  • Drive communication, governance, and decision-making across the lifecycle
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost control, change management, financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with client standards, regulations, health and safety, and JLL processes
  • Provide leadership from inception to handover to Facilities Management and operations
  • Deliver executive-level reporting on status, risks, finances, milestones, and portfolio metrics
  • Foster strong client relationships and act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders

Key requirements

  • Degree qualified in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in project or program management in construction, CRE, workplace delivery, or real estate services
  • Experience managing all five PM lifecycle phases
  • Proven track record delivering complex corporate fit-out and capital projects, preferably in multinational or Financial Services environments
  • Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders across the EMEA region
  • Fluent in English and French; strong written and spoken communication
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills; ability to influence executive-level clients and teams
  • Strong leadership and collaborative, team-oriented approach; adaptable and resilient
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management software; solid financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control; procurement, contract governance, risk management
  • PMP certification, PRINCE2, or equivalent is a strong advantage
