Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of public law children matters
• Represent parents, guardians and others in care proceedings
• Draft documents, prepare cases, and attend court
• Liaise with clients, counsel, social services and external professionals
• Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team culture
• Ensure accuracy, compliance and excellent client care
• Travel to the firm’s other offices as required

Key requirements

• 2+ years PQE in care or children law
