Overview
In this role you will handle a varied housing management caseload within a reputable Bristol firm. You will work closely with social housing providers and gain exposure to public law, Equality Act, and human rights issues. You’ll support partners on complex matters and may undertake advocacy to develop your litigation skills. The position offers hybrid working with a pathway from NQ to up to 2 PQE and a focus on professional growth in a niche practice area. This is a meaningful opportunity to shape housing policy impacts while progressing in a collaborative team.

- £50,000 to £65,000 salary

Responsibilities
- Manage a varied housing management caseload (disrepair, tenancy enforcement, possession, anti-social behaviour)
- Provide advisory support on policy matters
- Assist partners on complex and contentious matters
- Opportunity to undertake advocacy
Key requirements
- NQ to 2 years PQE (or due to qualify within 8 weeks)
- Interest or experience in litigation
- Ability to manage own caseload
- Strong teamwork and collaboration
