Overview
In this role you will drive regional marketing for Enterprise accounts and the UK startup ecosystem, partnering with sales, ecosystem, and marketing teams to expand MongoDB’s footprint. You will design and execute marketing programs that build awareness, generate demand, and accelerate deals, while collaborating across regions and with ABM initiatives. A key focus is enabling growth through events, digital campaigns, and community engagement in London and beyond. You’ll support a high-performance, data-driven culture and contribute to strategic market expansion.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional marketing plans for a subset of Enterprise accounts to drive pipeline and account expansion
- Drive awareness and acquisition lift in the UK startup/founder ecosystem, including AI/digital-native programs
- Monitor and analyze field marketing results, sharing insights and best practices across teams
- Coordinate local events, sponsored trade shows, and digital programs end-to-end to enable sales
- Collaborate with ABM managers to generate inbound, qualified leads and pipeline growth
- Coordinate with the strategic events team and cross-functional partners to maximize campaign impact
- Create and manage regional content and assets (landing pages, webinars, emails) and ensure effective lead follow-up
- Provide campaign performance insights and propose optimization actions
- Educate sales on new/planned marketing activities and integrate regional programs with global and local plans
- Leverage intent signals to nurture technical champions and influence buying committees
- Integrate regional stakeholders into events and secure speaking opportunities to boost visibility
- Support local partnerships and co-produced events within the MongoDB partnership ecosystem
- Maintain rigorous reporting on programs to track success and inform future planning
Key requirements
- 3+ years in technology with event/marketing experience
- Metrics-driven with demonstrated ROI on funded/co-marketing activities
- Fluent in English
- Strong analytical and results-driven mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; resilient and adaptable
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, customer success and partner teams
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
