Overview

In this role you build new business and nurture key accounts by selling market-leading enterprise software to corporate, government, and academic sectors. You will focus on SMEs while engaging with a global market leader in Integrated Workplace Management Systems, shaping digital transformation for buildings and workplaces. You’ll drive multi-level, complex sales, maintain strong client relationships, and travel UK-wide, including biweekly visits to the Brighton office. This position offers personal development through the company Academy in a dynamic, international environment.

Responsibilities

  • generate new business opportunities in B2B software for Corporate and Government sectors
  • manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients
  • perform solution selling across multi-level, complex sales cycles
  • target small and medium-sized accounts with enterprise software
  • coordinate travel across the UK with regular Brighton office visits
  • contribute to growth objectives in the Facility Management/Real Estate software space
  • represent the company in cross-functional settings to close deals

Key requirements

  • proven sales track record with at least 3 years in B2B software sales and/or FM/services sales
  • solution selling experience
  • enterprise software experience is an advantage
  • experience with corporate, government and/or academic sectors
  • ability to build customer rapport
  • multi-level, complex sales experience
  • self-motivation, ambition, energy, creativeness and focus
  • strong time management and workload management
  • natural business acumen; IWMS/Real Estate sector experience an advantage
  • Degree or equivalent
