C# Software Engineer – Greenfield Trading Platform

Overview

You will help build a new greenfield Order Management and Settlement platform within a fast-moving trading environment. You’ll work in a small, highly capable team alongside traders to scale the system and improve post-trade workflows. This role blends hands-on development with real-time data and trading workflows, delivering visible impact in a technology-first trading firm. You’ll be part of a strategic platform shaping how this firm engages with major financial players.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support the trading, settlement, and clearing platform
• Enhance the algorithmic trading product suite
• Collaborate with traders and operations to streamline post-trade processes

Key requirements

• 2–3 years’ experience in financial services or capital markets
• C# development skills
• SQL
• Understanding of trading workflows and financial products (options, futures, etc.)
• STEM degree from a top-tier university
