Overview

In this role you will lead the formation and growth of Pinnacle’s Rail Maintenance team in London, aiming to progress from Head of Sector to Equity Director. You will set up a blue-collar rail maintenance function, establish the required insurances, accreditations, and systems, and drive high billings through strategic management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a scalable, results-driven operation within a progressive, non-micro-managed environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and lead the Rail Maintenance section for the recruitment business
• Oversee insurance, accreditation, and essential systems for the new team
• Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing rail maintenance team
• Drive business development with client contacts to grow billings
• Implement strategic processes to maximise efficiency and compliance
• Support the London office setup and expansion initiatives
• Foster a results-oriented culture with minimal micro-management

Key requirements

• Experience managing and setting up a blue-collar rail maintenance section for a recruitment company
• Strong client contacts in the rail sector
• Track record of building and scaling recruitment teams
