Overview

As Marketing Operations Program Manager at Stripe, you will own the end-to-end operations for in-person and online events in the EMEA region. You’ll collaborate with Field Marketing, Demand Gen, MarTech, and Sales to design and execute scalable campaigns, manage data quality, and drive engagement and attendance. You’ll turn campaign data into actionable insights, oversee lead routing and handoff, and ensure privacy and governance throughout the lifecycle. This role offers impact across events, audience strategy, and cross-functional execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end marketing operations for events from intake to post-event reporting
  • Define operational plans, timelines, responsibilities, and success metrics with cross-functional partners
  • Manage audience strategy, segmentation, registration, email, testing, and attendance tracking
  • Monitor registration/attendance, identify risks, and drive improvements in conversion and engagement
  • Oversee data capture, validation, enrichment, and reconciliation of attendee/non-attendee data
  • Oversee lead scoring, routing, nurture, sales notifications, and handoff within SLAs
  • Report on campaign performance, attendance, engagement, lead routing, sales follow-up, and pipeline impact
  • Maintain data quality, privacy, consent, and contact governance throughout campaigns
  • Identify and address process/data/tech gaps by implementing scalable documentation and operating procedures

Key requirements

  • 5+ years in marketing operations, demand gen ops, event ops, or related field
  • 3+ years with Marketo and proven scalable program development
  • Experience optimizing campaigns/workflows in event/webinar platforms (Splash, ON24)
  • Experience with audience segmentation, campaign workflows, lead management, and sales follow-up processes
  • Strong program-management skills with timelines, dependencies, risks, and multiple events
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving skills using campaign data to improve performance
  • Understanding of data quality, consent, privacy, and contact-governance practices
  • Clear written and verbal communication across Marketing, Sales, and Tech teams
  • Attention to detail and ability to operate in fast-paced environment with changing priorities
