In this role you join a Legal 500-ranked firm in Swindon to handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload within a supportive, collaborative team. Responsibilities

• Handle a varied caseload of residential matters from instruction to post-completion
• Managing freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity, remortgages and new build matters
• Shared ownership and equity release transactions where appropriate
• Develop relationships with local agents, referrers and introducers
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment and provide quality client care

Key requirements

• Previous residential conveyancing experience
• Strong client care and communication skills
