Overview

In this role you join Deloitte’s US Tax Group in London to gain US tax expertise while working in a global, expatriate-friendly environment. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with partner/manager/associate teams on large corporate and partnership transactions
  • Support business restructurings with an integrated team approach
  • Handle US tax compliance engagements for multinational clients
  • Research and draft client consultations on US corporate and partnership taxation in an international context
  • Contribute to specialised technical competency teams liaising with UK and EU practices
  • Work effectively in diverse, inclusive teams where contributions are valued

Key requirements

  • US corporate tax return experience (preferred)
  • US partnership tax return experience, fund background (preferred)
  • US CPA or equivalent (preferred)
  • Degree in Taxation/Accounting or equivalent
  • Law degree or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (preferred)
  • Familiarity with a non-US tax system (preferred)
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
  • Adaptability and willingness to work across borders and cultures
  • US corporate tax return experience
  • US partnership tax return experience (fund background)
  • US CPA or equivalent
