Proposals Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of quality bid submissions with project managers
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to shape proposals and assess bid requirements
• Ensure adherence to bid processes and recommend improvements
• Write, edit and polish persuasive responses that articulate the offer
• Create clear customer presentations and contribute creative bid ideas
• Facilitate answer planning sessions and win-theme workshops
• Manage tender reviews and maintain timelines and contributor schedules
• Utilize Microsoft Office and InDesign to produce professional bids

Key requirements

• Bid writing and bid editing experience
• Experience in facilitating planning sessions and tender reviews
