Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of analytical and ML workstreams ensuring robust outputs
• Collaborate with SMEs, architects, and product teams for technically sound outputs ready for operational use
• Uphold best practices in coding, documentation, reproducibility, version control, and model assurance
• Occasionally mentor junior peers

Key requirements

• End-to-end delivery of applied data science or ML projects including feature engineering, model selection, evaluation, and iteration
• Strong Python development with good practices around code structure, testing, and version control
• Ability to translate business problems into analytical approaches and design modelling strategies
