Personal Injury Solicitor 3+ PQE – Nottingham

Overview

In this role you will manage a high-volume EL/PL workload from inception to resolution, including litigated matters, within a busy Nottingham PI team. You will work across portal and non-portal claims, collaborating with other practice groups to support a growing firm. The position requires strong client-facing skills and practical knowledge of PI protocols to drive efficient outcomes. This is an opportunity to contribute to a expanding team and refine end-to-end PI case delivery.

Responsibilities

• Handle EL/PL claims from start to finish, including litigated cases
• Manage predominantly fast track claims with some multi-track matters
• Maintain and grow cross-team relationships within the firm

Key requirements

• At least 3 years PQE in EL/PL claims
• Strong financial and commercial awareness
• Excellent client relationship skills
