Responsibilities

• advise on commercial property transactions and related real estate matters
• develop and manage a client portfolio in Scotland and the wider UK
• lead and grow a practice group within the Real Estate team
• contribute to business development and cross-functional collaboration
• act as a partner within the firm to shape strategy and client service
• identify and develop niche real estate sectors (e.g., renewable energy, retail, hospitality, investment, development)
• assist in representing the firm in high-profile matters and client relationships

Key requirements
