Overview

In this role you will manage and deliver AI-enabled tax technology initiatives for clients, coordinating cross‑functional teams to meet milestones and deliver high‑quality solutions. You’ll support workshops, tailor AI-based responses to client tax challenges, and help drive technology adoption within the tax function. The role blends project delivery with client engagement in a professional services setting, based in Glasgow with flexible hybrid work. Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of tax technology initiatives, especially AI-enabled solutions
• Coordinate with business analysts, developers and client teams to achieve milestones
• Monitor progress, manage risks and ensure quality deliverables
• Support client workshops and meetings to understand tax technology needs
• Design and implement tailored AI-enabled solutions for client tax challenges
• Provide ongoing client training and promote AI adoption within tax functions

Key requirements

• Experience delivering technology projects, preferably in professional services or tax environments
• Understanding of AI and its business applications; tax technology experience is a plus
• Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams
