Sybase/DB2 Developer – Investment Banking

Overview

In this contract role, you will develop and support regulatory operations applications for a top-tier investment bank. You will work with relational databases (Sybase/DB2) and interact with end users to gather requirements and deliver reliable data solutions. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, and finance experience is a plus. The role offers exposure to critical regulatory operations and scalable data systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support Regulatory Operations applications using RDBMS technologies
• Interface with users to gather requirements and provide data-driven solutions
• Maintain and optimize Sybase/DB2 databases and related data workflows
• Collaborate with IT and business teams; leverage C#/ .Net where applicable (desirable)
