In this role you will support a premium portfolio of commercial properties across the City and West End, focusing on air conditioning and HVAC maintenance. You will operate as part of a professional engineering team, handling planned and reactive tasks to keep critical systems reliable. You will interact with clients and contractors to maintain high service levels and safety standards. Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventative and reactive maintenance across commercial properties
• Service and maintain VRVs, VRFs, splits, multi-splits, AHUs and FCUs
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on AC/HVAC systems
• Carry out general mechanical and electrical maintenance as required
• Ensure plant/equipment are well-maintained and downtime is minimised
• Complete maintenance records, reports and logbooks accurately
• Adhere to health & safety procedures and regulations
• Collaborate with clients, contractors and engineers to maintain service levels
• Provide professional, customer-focused service across the portfolio

Key requirements

• F-Gas Category 1 qualified – essential
• Proven commercial air conditioning maintenance experience
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
• Experience in commercial buildings or facilities management
• Good understanding of HVAC systems and associated plant
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
• Full UK driving licence not required (foot-mobile role)
