Overview
In this role you will lead client engagements to map and optimize processes, manage project workstreams, and deliver actionable insights that drive risk-aware decisions. You will collaborate with client sponsors and internal leaders to ensure engagement success and quality deliverables. You’ll design project plans, run workshops, and present structured reports to executives, shaping solutions that align with regulatory requirements. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you mentor juniors and help win new business through clear, impactful narratives and robust risk frameworks.

Responsibilities
- Design project plans and own status reporting
- Lead workshops with business units to map processes using Visio
- Identify and assess operational risks in business processes
- Analyze client projects and present insights using PowerPoint, PowerBI or Tableau
- Support project execution including risk and controls assessment
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Lead teams in preparing responses for RFPs
- Help develop operational risk management frameworks and policies aligned with regulations across jurisdictions
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years in banking industry or commercial financial services consulting
- Experience with compliance and risk assessment for large banks and international regulatory standards
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Willingness and ability to travel for client engagements
- Right to Work in the UK/Ireland (Common Travel Area) or EU statuses as applicable
