Manager, Digital & Technology Delivery

Overview

In this role, you will lead delivery of complex transformation programmes within Baringa’s Digital & Technology practice, ensuring delivery is structured, high-quality and risk-aware. You will embed testing, assurance and risk management from day one and partner with clients and partners to shape outcomes. You will balance client-facing leadership with governance, and advocate quality across the delivery lifecycle. This is a chance to influence how programmes are designed, tested, and governed at scale, contributing to a People First culture and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across complex transformation programmes, defining delivery approaches, governance, and operating models that embed quality and risk management from the start
• Provide Quality Engineering advisory to integrate test strategy, governance, and controls within delivery frameworks
• Establish risk-based testing and assurance practices and ensure they are embedded in the delivery lifecycle
• Work with delivery teams to ensure quality is integrated, challenging approach, coverage, and risk where needed
• Engage with clients and senior stakeholders, shaping recommendations and contributing to proposals and commercial discussions

Key requirements

• Able to operate as a client-facing consultant with structured thinking, clear communication, and strong presence
• Experience shaping deliverables, recommendations, and proposals; comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading workshops
• Solid understanding of test strategy, governance, planning, and quality processes across the delivery lifecycle
• Ability to challenge delivery teams constructively on testing approach, risk, and quality
• Familiarity with modern testing practices (automation, CI/CD integration, agile testing); not required to be hands-on
• Ability to support shaping new client opportunities and collaborate effectively with external QE partners
• Maturity, judgement, and credibility in representing the Testing specialism within D&T
