Overview

In this Senior Strategic HR Business Partner role, you’ll act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders, shaping people strategies that support business objectives in a regulated financial services environment. You will partner with executives to drive organisational design, workforce planning and change initiatives, delivering higher organisational capability. You’ll influence decision-making using people data and market insight while managing complex stakeholder groups. This role offers high visibility and the chance to shape transformation and long-term people strategy within a values-led organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver people strategies aligned to organisational goals
  • Lead workforce planning, organisational design and change initiatives
  • Coach and challenge leaders on complex people and organisational matters
  • Drive strategic HR projects to enhance capability and effectiveness
  • Support talent, succession and performance management activities
  • Advise on governance, organisational risk and workforce implications
  • Use people data, insight and market intelligence to inform decisions
  • Build relationships across the business to influence outcomes and drive accountability
  • Support broader transformation and change programmes across the organisation

Key requirements

  • Experienced HR Business Partner with a track record in complex organisations and influencing senior stakeholders
  • CIPD qualification
  • Significant experience in senior HRBP roles
  • Experience in Financial Services or other regulated environments
  • Strong organisational design, workforce planning and change management expertise
  • Experience partnering with Executive Committees and senior leadership
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver people strategies that support business objectives
  • Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Experience leading or supporting large-scale transformation programmes
