Product Manager – FX & Risk Management

Overview

In this role you will own the FX and Risk Management product set, translating strategy into deliverable capabilities that drive measurable customer, operational and commercial outcomes. You’ll work across Product, Technology, Operations, Sales, Risk and Compliance to discover, prioritise, deliver and continuously improve solutions. The role balances strategic intent with day-to-day execution in a regulated, client-critical environment. You’ll shape end-to-end product outcomes that support Moneycorp’s growth and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into priorities, roadmaps and measurable outcomes for FX & Risk Management Solutions
• Lead discovery to identify opportunities and define problems using data and context
• Own and prioritise the product backlog and manage dependencies with technology teams
• Build relationships across business and technology to drive alignment and decision-making
• Monitor product performance, adoption and value realization against success metrics
• Develop deep expertise in FX and Risk Management to inform direction
• Ensure readiness for new releases through training and adoption activities
• Share Product Management expertise to grow capability across Moneycorp

Key requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management or Product Ownership
• 10+ years overall in Financial Services, Banking, Payments, Fintech or Transaction Banking
• Experience delivering complex technology-enabled products with FX and transaction banking exposure
• End-to-end product lifecycle experience: discovery, delivery, launch, adoption
• Executive stakeholder management and negotiation across competing priorities
• Experience in Agile delivery environments
