Post Completions – Securities & Redemptions Officer

Overview

As Securities & Redemptions Officer, you will manage post-completion tasks for Allica Lending products, ensuring timely securities, redemptions, lease reviews and related undertakings. You will work closely with the Team Lead and relationship managers to triage queries, maintain up-to-date procedures, and liaise with legal/valuation partners. This role supports a fast-paced, regulated lending lifecycle and helps ensure smooth exchange of documentation. You will contribute to a culture focused on reliable post-completion processes and strong customer service in a growing fintech environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Team Lead with Securities and Redemption
• Handle delegated authority for 4-eye checks and redemption sign-offs
• Be first point of contact for Securities and Redemption queries
• Review and update procedure guides
• Contact customers/advisors for information
• Ensure post-completion tasks and undertakings are completed on time
• Maintain relationships with legal/valuation partners for timely communication
• Undertake lease reviews and oversee deeds and in-life documents
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers on redemptions to retain business

Key requirements

• Experience in commercial mortgage lending with strong grasp of securities, redemption processes, and post-completion lifecycle
• Strong customer service ethic
• Knowledge of the commercial lending environment and pipeline management
• Confident handling of deeds, leases, and other in-life lending documents
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, regulated setting
