Overview
In this role you drive regional marketing impact for EMEA, translating global campaigns into locally effective programs and coordinating with sales to maximize pipeline. You own regional budgets, measure ROI, and optimize activities like events, sponsorships, and partnerships. You’ll ensure brand consistency and feed regional insights back to global teams to shape future strategy. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that blends execution with regional storytelling and market adaptation.

Responsibilities
- Localize global campaigns and adapt messaging for regional nuances and regulatory requirements
- Plan, execute and own regional activities including face-to-face events, conferences, webinars, co-marketing and third-party events
- Own and manage the EMEA marketing budget with ROI tracking and optimization recommendations
- Act as the liaison between global marketing and EMEA sales to ensure alignment on targets, personas and materials
- Monitor regional market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and regulatory changes
- Develop regional marketing plans aligned with global strategy with timelines and measurable metrics
- Coordinate vendors, partners, and agencies for events, sponsorships, and localization
- Ensure brand governance across regional initiatives per global guidelines
- Track performance and report on pipeline impact, event ROI, and marketing-influenced leads to regional and global leadership
- Build regional partnerships and co-marketing opportunities with local ecosystems (associations, influencers, channel networks)
Key requirements
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably with regional/field marketing exposure
- Experience in EMEA event planning, sponsorships, localization/translation of content
- Experience in B2B SaaS event marketing (owned and third-party) in an EMEA context
- Proven ability to collaborate with global teams and regional sales in a matrix organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication, highly organized, able to manage multiple projects
- Metrics-driven with ability to track budget, leads, pipeline, and ROI
- Experience managing external agencies/vendors and logistics
- Self-starter, collaborative, with ownership mindset for regional marketing
- Professional English proficiency; knowledge of other European languages is a plus
- Familiarity with EMEA marketing environment and localization considerations
